Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rhea platform, its APIs, mobile applications, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and timelabs npo ("timelabs", "we", "us").

2. Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain and promptly update your account information.
Keep your password and API keys confidential and not share them with any third party.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately at timelabs.ad@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal. You may not transfer or sell your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive 100 credits upon registration. Additional credits are available through paid plans as described on our pricing page. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) users route requests through their own provider accounts and are responsible for costs charged by those providers directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights or proprietary algorithms.
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or send automated queries that exceed documented rate limits.
Circumvent authentication, billing, or quota mechanisms.
Resell or sublicense API access without our prior written consent.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rhea platform source code is made available under open-source licences as indicated in the GitHub repository. timelabs retains ownership of all trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with the Rhea brand. Your input data and any proofs you generate and store remain yours. You grant timelabs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TIMELABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. MULTI-MODEL CONSENSUS IS A STATISTICAL SIGNAL, NOT A GUARANTEE OF FACTUAL ACCURACY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIMELABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting timelabs.ad@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your stored proofs before termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
